    The Committee on Roads and Transportation moves to amend the bill on page six, subsection (k), line eight, by striking out subsection (k) in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof:

    (k) Notwithstanding any other provision of this code to the contrary, if an owner or driver is convicted in a municipal court under the provisions of this section for the offense of driving above the posted speed limit on a four lane controlled access highway or interstate highway located within the limits of the municipality, the municipality may collect no more than $25 in court costs.
